This policy explains what Lazy Devs Agency (“we”, “us”) collects when you use lazydevsagency.com, why, and what your choices are. We have kept it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, budget range, and the message you write. We do not ask for anything else, and the site has no accounts to sign up for.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, for example which pages are popular and roughly where visitors come from. When you accept analytics in the banner shown on your first visit, Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as the pages you view, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and your device and browser. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to advertise to you, to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
Analytics cookies stay off until you accept them, and you can decline at any time. You can also opt out by clearing cookies in your browser or by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on. We do not use any other advertising or cross-site tracking.
How we use your information
We use what you send for one purpose: to read your message and reply to your inquiry. Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you: Resend (email delivery for the contact form), Google Analytics (site-usage measurement), and our hosting provider (to serve the site). They process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as we need it to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable record of our correspondence. If you would like us to delete it sooner, just ask.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us at any time. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA), you may have additional rights. To exercise any of them, email us at hello@lazydevsagency.com and we will take care of it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we hold to a minimum, which is the best protection of all.
