Yes, both legally and practically. A meaningful share of learners rely on assistive technology, and accessible software is more robust for everyone. We build it in rather than bolting it on later.
Will it hold up when a whole class logs in at once?
We design for those spikes. Static delivery where possible, sensible caching, and a backend that scales mean a deadline-day rush does not take the platform down.
